ŌME-TEPETL–TEOTL, in Nahuatl, means Two Mountains, Divine Force. It names the volcanic island of Ometepe—long revered as a sacred threshold where fire meets water, and spirit emerges through matter.
Formed by twin volcanoes rising from a freshwater lake, Ometepe is a naturally infinite-shaped island—an ancient symbol of continuity, rebirth, and coherence. It has been honored by indigenous peoples as a place of prophecy, transformation, and direct knowing through nature: gnosis.
This August, beneath the Lion’s Gate portal and the heliacal rising of Sirius, symbolising the Kemetc New Year we gather here for a historic moment - to plant the sacred Sesen Blue Lotus flower and realise a phophecy and task handed to Therese some years ago.
We gather to deeply listen. To awaken biognostic intelligence. To remember the Earth’s sacred wisdom. To plant something real as we awaken the divine feminine within the heart of the feminine twin of the volcanos on Ometepe.

The annual Lion’s Gate Portal on 8/8 opens a cosmic corridor of awakening, marked by the heliacal rising of Sirius—the Spiritual Sun—and the Sun’s fierce dance through Leo. In the ancient lands of Kemet, this stellar alignment signaled the flooding of the Nile—heralding rebirth, abundance, and the blossoming of sacred life. The number 8, shaped like the infinite lemniscate, amplifies these energies, activating DNA codes, heart-centered leadership, and divine courage.
This year, we gather on Ometepe, whose volcanic pair and mirrored waters form a living figure‑eight portal in sacred resonance with the cosmos. Here, the twin volcanoes and elemental waters create an activated gateway of Earth‑star synergy, pulsing with ancient life-force and ancestral memory. Within this luminous container, we plant and ceremonialize the Blue Lotus, the flower of Neter, weaving its alchemy of vision, dream, and inner resurrection into the energetic field.
